Brock began his career in the potato business as a teenager, accepting a job from Keith Masser to bag potatoes. After several summers of employment, he experienced every aspect of the company, from farming, irrigation, harvesting, and packing to delivering potatoes with Dave Masser, Keith’s son, and current President/CEO of Massers Farms. Brock went on to attend Wilkes University, played football for four years, and received a degree in Business Management. After graduation, he moved away from the potato farm and small-town life to begin a career as a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent for Nationwide Insurance. After three years, Keith and Dave Masser convinced him and his wife, Kristen, to return to that small town and get back into the potato business as Sterman Masser’s Director of Sales. Today he is a member of the executive team in the role of Vice President of Sales & Procurement. He is passionate about leading his team and being part of a company committed to delivering quality, innovative products to the potato category.
