After graduating with a BA in English from the University of Washington, Molly entered the advertising and brand management industry in Seattle in the midst of the dot-com boom. She rode the wave up and rode it back down, eventually returning back home and engaging in the sales and marketing of potatoes and onions.

Molly currently serves as the VP of Sales and Marketing for Basin Gold Cooperative. She served on several industry committees, including co-chair of the Domestic Marketing Committee of Potatoes USA and Washington State Potato and Onion Association. She has been recognized in the industry as one of the Packer 25 and Farm Journal Media’s 40 Under 40.

She is passionate about the care of children with special needs in her community and serves on the Board of Directors for Tri-Cities Children’s Developmental Center. She enjoys traveling, sports, and spoiling Henry, her Labradoodle, the office pup.
